CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)
As SİNANOĞLU İNŞAAT TURİZM TİCARET VE SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ., we attach great importance to the privacy and security of the personal data shared with our Company by you, our valued customers. We would like to inform you about the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), which was enacted to protect the privacy of private life, fundamental rights and freedoms, and personal data arising from the Constitution and other laws.

2. Definition of Personal Data
Personal data can be defined as any information that makes an individual's identity specific or identifiable. In this context, information relating to the person’s family, social, and economic status, such as name, surname, telephone number, and license plate information collected within the scope of our Loyalty Programs, constitutes personal data.
3. Processed Personal Data
Your personal data, primarily including identity, contact information, customer transaction details, and information regarding the sales process shared by you, may be processed.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of: carrying out and improving Company activities in accordance with the legislation; conducting real estate sales and contract processes; performing customer registration procedures; providing customer relations and after-sales support services; evaluating and finalizing requests, complaints, and applications; conducting finance and accounting transactions; ensuring information technology infrastructure and system security; planning and executing commercial activities; fulfilling legal and commercial obligations; executing corporate governance activities; conducting internal audit and reporting processes; fulfilling our legal obligations; using as evidence in possible disputes; making necessary notifications to authorized public institutions and organizations; and protecting the legitimate interests of our Company.
5. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through physical forms in our sales offices, our website, contact forms, telephone, e-mail, call centers, and similar channels. Your collected personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 for the purposes of carrying out Company activities, managing customer relations and after-sales processes, evaluating requests and complaints, fulfilling legal and financial obligations, and establishing, exercising, or protecting rights.

6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and our business partners and suppliers from whom we receive services for the provision of financial, information technology, communication, and infrastructure services, limited only to cases necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes specified in this Clarification Text. Your personal data is not transferred abroad for any purpose.
7. Storage Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored for the periods determined in the relevant legislation; in cases where there is no determination in the legislation, it is stored for the maximum period necessary for the processing purposes. Upon the expiration of the storage periods, your personal data is destroyed by our Company ex officio or upon your request by deletion, destruction, or anonymization methods in accordance with the legislation. It is important to notify our Company of any changes to your personal data in order to keep your records up-to-date and accurate.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our Company, you have the right to: a) Learn whether your personal data is processed, b) Request information if your personal data has been processed, c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, d) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, e) Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, f) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant article of the Law, g) Request that the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, h) Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, i) Demand compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

9. Application Procedure to the Data Controller and Contact Information
You can submit your requests within the scope of KVKK to our Company in writing with documents verifying your identity or via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address.
